Papa's Pancakeria To Go! is the eighth To Go! app in the Papa Louie restaurant time-management game series. The game was announced on September 6, 2018 and officially released on October 29, 2018.

SPECIAL DELIVERY - When you start taking phone orders, customers can call to place their breakfast order, and you'll hire a Driver to help you take and deliver orders to their homes!
HOLIDAY FLAVORS - Celebrate the seasons with new holiday flavors! As the seasons change in Maple Mountain, your customers will order their pancakes, waffles, and french toast with new seasonal ingredients. You'll unlock new syrups, toppings, and drinks for each holiday of the year, and your customers will love trying new flavors for a festive breakfast.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORKERS AND PET - Play as Cooper hunting for his lost cat Cookie, or Prudence with her lovable dog Pickle -- or create your own custom character along with your own pet! You can also show off your holiday spirit with a massive variety of holiday outfits and clothing for your workers. Choose unique color combinations for each item of clothing, and create your own style with millions of combinations!

The workers in this game are Cooper, Prudence, and the Custom Worker. The default uniform is identical to that of its predecessors and consists of a white collared shirt with yellow sleeves, brown pants, yellow overalls with white vertical stripes and a name tag, white shoes with yellow laces and brown soles, and a paper hat.
Pets play a major part in the story of Papa's Pancakeria. If a player selects either Cooper or Prudence as the worker, Cookie (Cooper's cat) or Pickle (Prudence's dog) will be the part of the game. If selecting Cooper or Prudence as the delivery driver, that character's pet will not appear in the game.
If a player decides to choose a Custom Worker instead of Cooper or Prudence, the player can select a pet - a dog or cat - to be included in the game. There are twelve preset pets (none of which are customizable), six dogs and six cats. While a player can pick the name of his or her pet, there are preset names that can be chosen as well.
One day, Cooper/Prudence/Custom Worker, while driving around with his/her pet cat/dog, sees Papa's Pizzeria and decides to stop in to order a pizza. He/she leaves his/her pet in the car while he/she enters the restaurant. While inside, the cat/dog spots a squirrel and leaves the car to chase after it. Not realizing that his/her pet has now run past him/her, Cooper/Prudence panics when he/she realizes that his/her pet is no longer in the car. The following morning, Cooper/Prudence/Custom Worker is putting up "missing pet" signs, when he/she gets a phone call from Papa Louie saying that he found his/her pet and asks him/her to pick it up in Maple Mountain. Cooper/Prudence/Custom Worker drives to Maple Mountain. Upon entering the Pancakeria, he/she is happily reunited with his/her pet, who has a note in his/her mouth that reads "Pet's name really likes it here in the Pancakeria. I need a favor too -- Run the shop while I'm gone. - Papa Louie." The cat/dog returns with a spatula in his/her mouth, and Cooper/Prudence/Custom Worker finds himself/herself now working at the Pancakeria.
Holiday ingredients consist of a topper, one syrup, one topping, and one drink.
